**Refund and Returns Policy**
**Returns & Exchanges**
Embellish Gold provides multiple options to our valuable customers and assists with refunds, replacements, cancellations, or exchanges.
**Article 1.1 - Exchange Policy**
If a customer wishes to replace or exchange an item, the request must be made within 24 hours from the date of receipt. The company will not be liable for any exchanges or replacements after 24 hours.
- It is mandatory to prepare a video while opening the parcel. The item should be returned in its original condition without any damage.
- Replacement of any item will take approximately 48 to 72 hours.
- An AED 30 exchange charge and an AED 30 item delivery charge will be applicable.
- In case of a damaged item, the company can replace the item within the above time frame with an additional charge of AED 50 for damage repair and AED 30 for delivery charges.
- **Important Note:** In the case of a damaged product, the company will analyze the nature of the damage and may adjust the charges accordingly.
**Refund Policy**
Items can be refunded back to Embellish Gold within 24 hours from the time of receipt under the following scenarios. The item must be returned in its original packaging and state.
**Scenario 1:**
1. **If the customer doesn’t like the item:**
The item can be returned immediately to the courier representative at the time of delivery in its original condition. A delivery charge of AED 30 per item will be applicable.
2. **If the order has been successfully shipped:**
Within 24 hours from the date of delivery, a refund can be requested for the item in its original condition. An AED 60 charge will be applicable (AED 30 for the item delivery and AED 30 for the refund (item collection) charge).
*If more than one item is being returned, an additional AED 30 per item will be applicable.*
3. **If the customer paid online:**
An additional 6% of the total charges will be applicable to the total price of the product.
**Important Note:** Embellish Gold will not provide refunds in cash. A valid shopping voucher will be provided as a refund, which can be used in our store to purchase any product.
Cancellation Policy**
Embellish Gold strives to provide a satisfactory experience to our customers.
- A refund can be requested within 12 hours from the date of the order without any additional cost. For cancellations made after 12 hours, the customer will be responsible for AED 30 in delivery charges to the courier company.
- Payments made through credit card will be refunded back to the account as per the bank's policy, which may take 10 to 25 days.
Case No 1: Cash on Delivery**
- No charges apply if the customer contacts us via call or email before shipping.
- If the customer cancels the order at the time of delivery, they must bear AED 30 as a shipment charge, even if the product was shipped with free delivery.
International Orders (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Yemen)**
For international orders to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Yemen:
- Customers must cover the return shipping charges after the return is approved by Embellish Gold.
- The return shipping charges and any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the customer.
- International returns must be requested within 24 hours from the date of receipt and should follow the same process as domestic returns, including the mandatory video recording of the parcel being opened.
