Domestic and International Shipping

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH FOR SALE TO PROCESS

• Orders placed at any time will be delivered free of charge to all over the United Arab Emirates within 3 working days, except on public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays might take 3-5 working days.  
• AED 0 - 99 Flat Shipping Fee of AED 15 FREE Shipping on all order above 99 

Due to COVID restrictions, shipping times may take longer than expected. 

• Orders can be tracked by contacting us via email or call.
• A tracking number will be issued upon confirmation of the order.
• Immediate delivery within one day can be done by paying an additional 50 AED.
• We are required by our credit card processors to ship to card billing addresses only. Shipping and billing addresses must match. If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address on your card, please call us at +971505904269 for further details.
• Shipments require a signature upon arrival. Please schedule accordingly.
• We do provide all options for payment. Customers can pay via credit card, debit card, cash, or payment link.
• Shipping times are approximate, not guaranteed, and may change based on unforeseen circumstances.
• If the client wishes to return an item domestically, they must notify our sales representative via email or phone 24 hours in advance.
• For international shipping, there are additional charges of 50 USD to all over the world by air courier.
• International shipping will take 7–10 working days and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
