Embellish Gold provide multiple options to our valuable customers and help in term of refund, replace, cancel, or exchange.

Exchange Policy
Please note the following policy details, applicable only when the customer is dissatisfied with the item and agrees to the associated charges outlined below:
Unboxing Video Requirement:
Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel. This is mandatory for any replacement request.
Condition of Returned Item:
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and without any damage.
Replacement Timeline:
Processing and delivery of a replacement item will take approximately 3 to 5 working days.
Applicable Charges for Non-Damaged Returns:
AED 30 — Pickup Fee
AED 30 — Delivery Fee
Total: AED 60
In Case of a Damaged Item:
The company can replace the item within the same 3–5 day timeframe. However, the following charges will apply:
AED 50–150 — Damage repair fee (depending on the severity of the damage)
AED 60 — Pickup and delivery charges
Non-Repairable or Severely Damaged Items:
If the item is completely damaged and deemed non-repairable, the company will not be liable for any exchange or refund.
Important Note:
The company will assess the nature and extent of the damage, and charges may be adjusted accordingly.
If the customer chooses to upgrade to a more valuable item, additional charges will apply on top of the fees mentioned above.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving their item, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and original condition.
Scenario 1: Customer Dislikes the Item
No refund is applicable on the basis of dislike, estimation or expectations.
Scenario 2: Wrong item received
If the order has been successfully delivered but the customer receives an incorrect item:
Complimentary pickup and delivery charges will apply.
Replacement will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
If the correct item is out of stock, the customer will receive a full refund.
Scenario 3: Damage Occurs After Receipt
If the customer has paid online and the item is damaged while opening the parcel or afterward:
An additional 25% charge, calculated on the total product price, will apply for any refund or replacement request.
Important Note: Embellish Gold will not provide funds in terms of cash, a valid shopping voucher will be provided in term of a refund. That can be utilized from our store to purchase any product.
Cancellation Policy
Embellish Gold provides a satisfactory experience to our valuable customers.
If customer cancel the order immediately after placing the order there will be 20% of total product cost or 60 AED whatever is higher, charges for cancellation and remaining amount will get refund back to original source of payment
Payment made through credit card will be refunded back to the account as per bank policy and that can be from 10 days to 25 days as per bank procedure.
Case No 1: Cash on Delivery
• If customer cancel the order in the presence of rider at the same time, same cancellation charges will apply as described above addition to delivery charges.
