سياسة الصرف

إذا أراد العميل استبدال/استبدال السلعة، فيمكن طلب ذلك خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام السلعة. لن تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن استبدال أو استبدال المنتج بعد 24 ساعة.

من الضروري إعداد مقطع فيديو أثناء فتح الطرد. يجب إرجاع المنتج بحالته الأصلية دون أي ضرر.

سيستغرق استبدال أي منتج ما يقرب من 48 ساعة إلى 72 ساعة.

سيتم تطبيق رسوم تبديل بقيمة 30 درهمًا إماراتيًا و30 درهمًا إماراتيًا مقابل رسوم توصيل السلعة.

وفقًا للسيناريوهات الواردة أدناه، يمكن إرجاع العناصر إلى Embellish Gold خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الاستلام. ينبغي استرداد السلعة في عبوتها الأصلية وفي حالتها الأصلية.

السيناريو 1:

1- إذا لم يعجب العميل بالمنتج يمكنه إرجاعه

إذا لم يعجب العميل بمنتجاتنا بعد استلامها من شركة البريد السريع، فيمكنك إرجاع العناصر في نفس الوقت إلى مندوب البريد السريع لدينا قبل مغادرته بحالتها الأصلية (سيتم تطبيق رسوم توصيل قدرها 30 درهمًا لكل قطعة).

2- أي طلب تم شحنه بنجاح

خلال 24 ساعة كحد أقصى من تاريخ التسليم، ويمكن طلب إعادته بحالته الأصلية. ينطبق 60 درهمًا إماراتيًا على استرداد الأموال (30 درهمًا إماراتيًا لتسليم السلعة و30 درهمًا إماراتيًا لرسوم استرداد (تحصيل السلعة).

*إذا كان هناك أكثر من منتج واحد، فسيتم تطبيق 30 درهمًا إماراتيًا لكل منتج.

3- إذا قام العميل بالدفع إلكترونياً

سيتم تطبيق نسبة 6% إضافية من إجمالي الرسوم على السعر الإجمالي للمنتج.

ملحوظة هامة: تزيين الذهب لن تقدم أموالًا نقدًا، وسيتم توفير قسيمة تسوق صالحة لاسترداد الأموال. يمكن الاستفادة من ذلك من متجرنا لشراء أي منتج.

يوفر Embellish Gold تجربة مرضية لعملائنا الكرام.

يمكن استرداد المبلغ خلال 12 ساعة من تاريخ الطلب دون أي تكلفة إضافية. في حالة الإلغاء بعد 12 ساعة، سيقوم العميل بدفع 30 درهم رسوم توصيل لشركة البريد السريع.

سيتم رد المبلغ المدفوع من خلال بطاقة الائتمان إلى الحساب وفقًا لسياسة البنك ويمكن أن يكون ذلك من 10 أيام إلى 25 يومًا وفقًا لإجراءات البنك.
